Trillium Staffing and its affiliates are pleased to announce the recent acquisition of Human Capital, a leading provider of PEO services in the United States, into its family of companies. Human Capital is headquartered in Lathrup Village, Michigan, a northern suburb of Detroit, and maintains 250 customers in 30 states and employs approximately 5,000 worksite employees.

"For the past 24 years, our corporate mission has been to provide a wide array of employment services for our clients," said Rene Poch, the owner of Trillium Staffing. "Our acquisition of Human Capital brings us one step closer to that goal."
